Well, the pirate king has a new album out. I am of course talking about Jimmy Buffett and it is a great one from start to finish. Anybody stuck inside and needing a break listen to it today.

This has to be one of the strangest times in my life (currently sitting at 47 years of age). This virus infecting the world is unlike anything I have ever seen or thought I would ever see. Hope everyone reading this is safe and healthy. Stay strong and stay vigilant.
This is my go to song in tough times or times I feel a bit overwhelmed. Its core meaning is just to chill out, relax, and make the best of a bad situation.

The song Apocalypso by Jimmy Buffett inspired this Haiku. I heard it on my walk this morning and immediately a Haiku sprang to mind. Inspiration is found in the strangest places. Have a great weekend.

Inspiration struck after reading this article.
Sure, few lucky ducks get to the beach all year round (we’re looking at you Florida), but for most of us, fall means it’s time to hang up our swimsuits for the season. Luckily, there are a few sandy shores across the country which offer an extra incentive to visit after Labor Day. At these seven spots, the beach gets better when the days get shorter — meaning you can continue your seaside excursions well into the autumn months. Funny how we are inspired to write. I came up with warm tropical waterfall while washing my sons hands before he had breakfast. I thought, that would be a great line in a Haiku. So, I sat down and wrote this one out this morning. Hope you enjoy it.
